All Milestone Metal awards are made to order and fulfilled through our manufacturing partner in China. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Every plaque is individually crafted and engraved to your specifications. Please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order ships.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking is available for all shipments.
International Shipping
We ship to 27 countries including Australia, Canada, Germany, UK, France, Japan, Singapore, and more. International delivery times vary by destination. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
